Trying to understand the though process behind many of the posts I see here concerning AI.

Hello, I would like to give you free access to an AI trained on trillions of words, containing hundreds of billion parameters, running on supercomputer-scale hardware, costing tens of millions to build, and acting like a real-time research assistant that can read and write at massive scale, doing more calculations than a human could perform in millions of years.
