Is there a systems error when generating images right now?

I'm asking ChatGPT to generate some images, they're based on art that I've made, and AI helped me improve them. (I'm not planning to post these images as art anywhere; I just want to see how certain styles/colors fit this OC I created for DnD).

Does anyone know if there's a system error?
