Granola Raises $125M to Expand AI Meeting Intelligence and Enterprise Workflows

Granola has secured $125 million in Series C funding led by Index Ventures, with participation from Kleiner Perkins and existing investors including Lightspeed, Spark, and NFDG, bringing its valuation to $1.5 billion. The company has now raised a total of $192 million as it accelerates its expansion into enterprise AI workflows.

Originally focused on transcription and automated meeting notes, Granola is evolving its platform with collaborative features and enterprise-grade tools. The company has introduced “Spaces,” enabling structured team workspaces with granular access controls, alongside new APIs that integrate meeting context into broader AI systems.

Led by co-founder Chris Pedregal, Granola is positioning itself beyond note-taking by enabling organizations to act on meeting data, integrating with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Figma, as it builds a more connected AI productivity ecosystem.
