Last Tuesday I needed a prompt I'd spent two hours refining three weeks ago.
I remembered it worked perfectly — clean output, right tone, exactly what my client needed. I just couldn't find it. Scrolled through 300 untitled conversations. Nothing.
So I rebuilt it from scratch. Took another 90 minutes.
This is the third time this has happened to me in a month.
I track everything in my work — tasks, notes, client briefs. But somehow my best AI outputs just... vanish. The platforms give you no way to star a message, tag a prompt, or search across conversations.
Currently copy-pasting into a Notion doc which is already a mess.
What do you actually use to keep track of prompts that work? Looking for something that doesn't require switching context every time I want to save something.
